That’s not including the Fantastic Beast movies, which if you’re adding to the marathon I’d suggest watching first.
Now, I have 4 Harry Potter house cocktails and 4 Butterbeer recipes. So my suggestions is to pair each recipe with a movie. Which would look like this.

Pair this movie with the warm butterbeer as it’s a Christmas recipe and the Order of the Phoenix is the most Christmassy of all the Harry Potter.
#6 Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince
Pair this with the non-alcoholic butterbeer as we’re going need a drinking break at this point.

This is the movie where the gang go after Rowena Ravenclaw's Diadem. So pair this with the Ravenclaw cocktail.
Tips for hosting a Harry Potter Party
When it comes to hosting the perfect Harry Potter party, here are my top tips and tricks. Consider this your 6 step checklist to the perfect party or movie marathon:
Magic decorations - These floating candles are my favorite.
Magically snacks - Here’s a good article for that.
Think about games - This Harry Potter Trivial Pursuit will do the job.
Don’t forget the outfits - Get everyone in these robes.
Sort the drinks (which is why you’re here)
Split the marathon over a few days. You’ve got about 20 hours of watch time ahead of you. That’s a 3 day job atleast.
Harry Potter Inspired Cocktails
It goes without saying considering you’ve landed on my little slice of the internet. But giving most of us are of a certain age and appreciate a tipple or 2. We’re going to need some cocktails. So Let’s sort out those drinks.
Weekly Excuse to have a mini party
More on the cost of living crisis, too much do people associate having some fun, making memories and having a party with going out and spending £18 on a single cocktail. I’m here to tell you that nothing is stopping you staying in, dressing how you like, watching what you like and drinking classy cocktails for a 10th of the price.
Honesty, it what made me do the cocktail course.
Change the way you view good times and save your money. This for example, watching Harry Potter, is a perfect excuse to host a mini party even if it’s just you and one more person. Even if it’s just you riding solo!
You won’t have to wait in line for a drink or to go toilet, you can wear what you want without feeling silly or embarrassed, and no one is going to kick you out a club for wearing the wrong shoes.

But every now and again I like to really dedicate some time to certain movies and shows. Such as these Harry Potter inspired cocktail recipes.
